Where I live we have some of the most special places that Dogs and Cats and other animals are lucky to have. But this is about Dogs and Walking. We have the Guide Dogs for the Blind that have Labradors and Golden Retrievers and German Shepherds and mixes of some for people that need them. Then we have the Marin Humane which has all kinds of Dogs for adoption. These Dogs are so happy to go for walks with their forever home companions. Yes I have seen dogs carry their leashes while walking beside their owner. Nary a foot out of step. Just like this Dog on the Sock. It is SO cute! I believe that walking your Dog on a leash should be allowed in more places. I also believe that people that have Dogs should respect others and clean up messes their Dogs leave. (Okay I'm off my soap box!) Dogs, got to love them!
